How to Apply for DFCCIL Recruitment for 1074 Posts:

Candidates can apply online only.

  • Candidates can apply on-line by visiting the DFCCIL website and going to the tab “Career” available at www.dfccil.com  
  • Candidates will get the instruction page and they will have to accept the Terms & Conditions by clicking ‘I Agree’ Checkbox given below and pressing the ‘Start’ button.
  • Applicants need to sign-up by filling up post applied, Name, valid Mobile Number and valid E-mail ID.
  • After submitting the above details, candidates will receive Login ID & Password on their registered mobile number and Email ID, hence candidates are advised to verify the correctness of the mobile number & E-mail ID before proceeding.
  • Only one on-line registration is permitted through one mobile number and one E-mail ID.

Selection Process of DFCCIL Recruitment for 1074 Posts:

  • A Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for every post.
  • A Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) will be conducted for the post Executive (Operations & BD).
  • Document Verification and Medical Test will be done for every posts.
  • A Interview will be conducted for Junior Managers.
  • The scheme of CBT is as per follows:
  1. The CBT will be conducted in two/three sessions on a single/multiple day(s) of 2 hours duration.
  • The CBT will be containing Objective Multiple Choice Type of 120 questions.
  • There shall be a negative marking for each wrong answer @ ¼ (0.25) mark.
  • Qualifying marks in CBT is 40% for UR, 30% for SC/OBC-NCL/EWS and 25% for ST.
  • The scheme of CBAT for the post of Executive (Operations & BD) is as per follows:
  1. The candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify. This is applicable to all candidates irrespective of community or category i.e. irrespective of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex-SM.
  • Candidates equal to 8 times the number of vacancies of Executive (Operations & BD) for each of the communities i.e. UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST and EWS (including ExSM) shall be shortlisted for CBAT based on their performance in CBT.
  • There shall be no negative marking for CBAT.
  • The final merit list will be drawn only from amongst the candidates qualifying in the CBAT, with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in the CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in CBAT.
