Educational Qualification for NBCC Recruitment 2021:

How to Apply for NBCC Recruitment 2021:
Candidates can apply online only.
- The candidates can apply through NBCC website (www.nbccindia.in)
- Before filling application online, candidates should keep scanned copy of:
- Passport Size Photograph.
- Signature in jpg / jpeg format.
- SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / EWS / PWD certificate (if applicable).
- Candidates should have valid E-mail ID in operation for more than one year.
- The candidates should fill in the online from with all the relevant details. Candidates should ensure that the relevant details viz. Name, Date of Birth, Address, entered in NBCC online form is correct.
Selection Process for NBCC Recruitment 2021:
For the post Management Trainee (HRM):
- The selection process will be based on Computer Based Test (CBM) followed by Personal Interview.
- The CBT will consist of 120 multiple choice questions. The duration of CBT will be 120 minutes. There will be no negative marking. The scheme of Test will be as under:
- Passport Size Photograph.
- Signature in jpg / jpeg format.
- SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / EWS / PWD certificate (if applicable).
- Mock Test of 20 minutes duration will be available on the application portal.
- Minimum qualifying marks in CBT will be 60%. Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for Personal Interview in accordance of their category wise merit in the ration of 1:10.
- The weightage for written test / skill followed by interview will be 70% and 30% respectively.
- The final selection will be done on the basis of total marks secured.
For the post Junior Hindi Translator:
- The selection will be based on performance in Skill Test to be held at New Delhi only.
- The final selection will be based on the performance in personal interview, where after the “Offer of Appointment” shall be issued.

Age Limit:
- For Management Trainee (HRM): Upto 29 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
- For Junior Hindi Translator: Upto 27 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
Application Fee: The application fee is Rs. 500/-. Not fee required for reserved categories and departmental candidates.
Procedure of Payment of Fees for NBCC Recruitment 2021:
- Candidates should pay the fees through debit card / credit card / net-banking / UPI. The candidates will be automatically redirected to make online payment (wherever fee is applicable), once the form is successfully completed.
- No other mode of payment will be accepted. Application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
