Educational Qualification for UPPSC Recruitment 2021:
i) MBBS degree of a university recognized by the ‘Medical Council of India’ or an undergraduate medical degree recognized under ‘The National Medical Commission Act, 2019.’ and,
(ii) Postgraduate Degree (3 years) in the concerned Specialty of a university recognized by the ‘Medical Council of India’ or a Post-Graduate Medical degree recognized under ‘The National Medical Commission Act, 2019’ or its equivalent, or
(iii) Postgraduate Diploma (2 years) in the concerned Speciality of a university recognized by the Medical Counsel of India or a Post-Graduate medical diploma recognized under ‘The National Medical Commission Act, 2019’ or its equivalent and with at least one year of experience in the concerned Speciality after registration of the diploma in the concerned Medical Council.

Candidates can apply online only.
- Candidates can apply online through the UPPSC website (www.uppsc.up.nic.in).
- The candidates should click on “Candidates Registration” for the 1st part of form submission.
- After filling up personal details the candidates should click submit button at the bottom of the page.
- Then the candidates have to pay the fees. After the payment of fees, “Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)” shall be displayed along with the details of fee deposition.
- The candidates should take a print out of the details of payment by clicking “Print Payment Receipt”.
- Then the candidates should click on the “Submit Application Form”.
- Now to complete the online application submission the candidates should click on “Submit Application Form” in the Candidate Segment Page.
- Then the candidates have to upload their photograph and their signature along with other details and click on submit button.
