Educational Qualification for BSF Recruitment 2021:

2	ASI (Operation Theatre Technician) (Group – C Post)	10+2 with Science or its equivalent plus Diploma in Operation Technique or Certificate in relevant subject from an Institute recognized by the Central or the State Government.
3	ASI (Laboratory Technician) (Group – C Post)	i) 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. (ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution of the Central or the State Government.
4	CT (Ward Boy / Ward Girl / Aya) (Group – C Post)	i) Pass in Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University or Board; (ii) (a) Two years work experience in respective trades; Or (b) One year Certificate Course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade; or (c) Two years Diploma from recognized Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade. (iii) Must qualify trade test.

Selection Process of BSF Recruitment 2021:

• The selection procedure will be completed in two phases.

• In the First Phase a written examination will be conducted. Examination will be conducted on OMR sheets for 100 questions, each question carrying one mark. The duration of the paper will be 2 hours.

• For the post SI (Staff Nurse) the following subjects will be there:

1. General Knowledge and Numerical Aptitude of 25 marks.
2. Human Anatomy & Physiology of 25 marks.
3. Professional of 50 marks.

• For the post ASI (OT Technician) the following subjects will be there:

1. General Surgical Principals of 25 marks.
2. Human Anatomy & Physiology of 25 marks.
3. General Surgical Principals, Fundamental concepts and procedures related to operation theatre & techniques, Anesthetic drugs & equipment and surgical operation theatre tray set up and Sterilization & Disinfectants of 50 marks.

• For the post ASI (Lab Technician) the following subjects will be there:

1. General Knowledge and numerical aptitude of 25 marks
2. Human Anatomy & Physiology of 25 marks
3. Bio Chemistry, Microbiology including immunology, Hematology & Blood Banking. Histopathology including clinical pathology & molecular biology, Laboratory Management, Parasitology, Serology & Virology of 50 marks.

• For the post CT (Ward Boy/Ward Girl/Aya) the following subjects will be there:

1. General Knowledge, General Awareness, Including Environmental sanitation of 25 marks.
2. General Intelligence & reasoning of 25 marks.
3. Elementary Mathematics of 25 marks.
4. English / Hindi Language Test of 25 marks.

• For the post HC (Veterinary) there will be two parts:

1. Part – I (At the level of 12^th Standard / Hr. Secondary) – 50 marks
2. Part – II (Professional Course level i.e. Veterinary Stock Assistant) – 50 marks

• For the post Constable (Kennelman) the following subjects will be there:

1. Language Test of 10 marks
2. General Awareness of 10 marks
3. Current Awareness of 10 marks
4. Numerical Aptitude Test of 10 marks
5. Simple Reasoning of 10 marks.
6. Trade Knowledge Test of 50 marks.

• In the Second Phase a Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test, Documentation and Medical Examination.

Age Limit: 18 years to 30 years for different posts with relaxation for different categories.
